About me
I'm currently a member of MLA's Future of Libraries Interest Group and Sustainability Interest Group. My role with PGCMLS focuses on our Ask a Librarian service, and supporting our staff's information and reference service skills through resources and training. I'm interested in talking with others about: best practices for information and reference service, strategies for training, creating information resources, and virtual reference service. It would be great to connect with others with similar interests, to learn from each other, share tips and ideas, and build better services together.
