I worked as an Outreach Librarian for 9 years, driving the bookmobiles, performing puppet shows, having stortimes, conducting workshops, and performing as Corky our library’s penguin mascot! Now I am CCPL’s Youth Services Coordinator and I get to advocate for our Children’s library staff and help facilitate collaborative and consistent goals and programming across our system. It is my desire to encourage a love of reading and learning for my community and to help care-givers and children develop early literacy skills as a foundation for success in school and life.
